In monday, i learned about "a healthy diet?" story. The girls in Thailand need to be slim but it is so hard. Because in Thailand has many yummy food. Girls want to be like Victoria Beckham,the wife of soccer star, Devid Beckham. She say " 'Japanese diet' is good for a aheathy dite like sushi and seaweed". Them can make you saty slim and healthy.
And in class, i do exericises about a healthy diet and unhealthy diet.
What is an unhealthy diet mean?
